The Comedy Troupe Blo-mic

Welcome to Bob’s movie reviews. I’ll be reviewing movies on a regular basis as I did with the MDCM blog. The first movie I’ll be reviewing is Sweeney Todd starring Johnny Depp. I was hesitant to see this movie because it was a musical. Much to my surprise I loved the movie. The songs were ok and it kept my 2 year old quite for a couple of hours. Johnny Depp turns in another good performance as expected, and Helena Bonham Carter serves as the perfect sidekick. I dont know if I’m the only one, but I’ve had a crush on her for a really long time.

The story revolves around a jailed barber who is just released from prison and wants revenge on the judge that setenced him. Will he get revenge? I recommend you rent it to find out. I didn’t rent it because its playing on HBO HD all month so I cant comment on the D.V.D extras but I’m sure you’ll be satisfied.

I’m giving Sweeney Todd a solid 8 out of 10.

Well, the comics didn’t pan out to well and it’s our fault we underestimated how hard it was to make a comic even at a weekly pace. I trully have more respect for all those comic websites out there espicaly the daily ones. We thought it was as easy as just talking about whats in and whats now but its much more which should of been obvious but fuck it we tried it out and though it was a short period of time we know we dont have what it takes to produce comics weekly, well atleast ones that make people laugh. so while we arent completly gettig away from comics, we arent writing for them, we now leave that to the user to provide us the caption in a 3-6 panel comic and we will pick a winner and the winner will recieve a gift certificate for 59.99 at EBGames/Gamestop. All the details arent supplied yet but we will give them to you as we get them. check back soon.

Wow, I had a blast last night. Yesterday for the first time My brother, My new buddy DM from www.GamersReports.com and myself made a podcast, I must say it’s a lot of fun. To be completely honest, I was actually nervous when I did it, but, hopefully I’ll shake that off next time around. The podcast was only suppose to be hosted by Bobby and myself and have a pre-recorded gaming segment from DM, well, DM sent me the pre-recorded segment and it was a tad to long without any injection from anyone else and on top of that DM in my opinon has a really good radio voice. so, I msged him and to see if he wanted to join us and I thank god he wanted to because the podcast would of been horrible if it wasn’t for him.

We are going to have a new Podcast every Friday, and I cant wait till next Friday to do it again. I hope you guys enjoy listening to it as much as we did making it.

We’ve been making original videos for a few years now and our videos have been seen on television, been talked about in magazines and on radio stations all over The USA, they also been viewed by millions all over the internet on the biggest sites in the world.
